General Medicine Program
COMC provides testing and treatment for chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol. We also can see you for minor health care conditions and annual health care physicals. If patients need to see specialists we can provide referrals.
In partnership with Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, we are pleased to offer a Diabetic Nutrition class to all community members at no cost. This program targets those individuals who are currently diabetics. This is a free session with a Certified Diabetes Educator.
